It was Zawahiri whom set it up, it was the hijackers that got into the US ' under bush's admin ' and it was bush who ignored various intel regarding the KNOWN terrorists, training at US flight schools, for the op of using planes as missles into buildings.

I dont have a problem, im quite content with dealing in the truth that long before bush, this problem created itself.
