I know I must sound like a complete idiot but I would like to know methods of meditation. I have used one way of meditation that I read about a while
ago but it's only for finding out what your unconcious mind is thinking i need meditation for relaxation and pain relief etc. Mostly for relaxation
If you needed meditation for "finding out what your unconcious mind is thinking ", Paranormal would be the place to be.
Relaxation and pain relief meditation would be a health and wellness issue.
