hacking the internet

yes hacking the internet. you only hear about it in movies though. are there any really smart brainy people out there who have an idea of how this could be done, if it could be done??? a super virus? terminator?

but really how could it be done?

there are many different aspects to so called "hacking" the net. do you want to circumvent routers and isps? do you want access to home pc's? do u want to spoof and anonymously surf? your question is way to broad of a spectrum.

And its illegal and against the T&C's of ATS also.
