If you go into the "member settings" area of ATS and click on the "Account Settings" feature you can alter your "Signature".
But unlike the "Avatar preview" there is no "signature preview". So when we make alterations to our signatures we have to go back and forth
between pages... like we had to do with the avatars before the staff made the great improvement.
My question is: Could we also make a preview section on the account settings page for Signatures?
Is this a stupid idea?
I just wanted some feedback on this... which is why I didnt use the suggest/complain button.
Thank you for your time,
tone

I have tried repeatedly, and the signature function that previously worked now does not.

Nice Idea but you can always just play around.

Alot of people take almost as much time and care in their sigs as they do with their avys. Which is why thought this would be a helpful tool in the
account settings area.

With the problematic nature of browsers like Internet Explorer (which I honestly do prefer over the rivals), I like to edit my sigs in a notepad
program.
Its much easier to space out the code and play around with before getting it just right.

All you need to do is compile the sig and then preview it in a reply window. This will render the bbcode and allow you to see it before you edit your
profile. When everything is right copy the code from the reply window and paste it to your sig box.

well of course it is... this would just make it a bit more "user freindly"
And,if anyone here can attest to your statement it would be me.
I think, though, that a preview area would also help some of the newer members who are otherwise intimidated in the whole process. Maybe it would have
a legend next to it with a bbcode table or something of that sort.
In the meantime I liked Kinglizards approach the best..
