Very interesting letter that i came across on the Majesticdocuments website, dated july 7 1999, it was sent to an obscure UFO researcher explaining the timeline of events since the 40's and also speaks of the conspiracy to set wars off regionally and do some population control,also speaks of invasion by 2030, DNA alteration and of course Elitist control. it's in pdf format so here take alook.
