Imagine this for a moment, if you will ...

I just got through reading this topic, about how fantastically large the Universe is ... and it got me thinking.
What if we really WERE the only intelligent life forms in the whole of the Universe?
Obviously, it's a very narrow minded thing to think, and almost impossibly untrue ... but for a moment have a little think about it.
How lonely would that make us? The sole inhabitants of a Universe we can't even explore!

Statistically, I highly doubt it. Its too large. hell, we arent even that intelligent anyway.

Even if it was true, and I don't believe that for a minute.

I think it would be our duty tro seed the universe with life.
Maybe alter it so it won't be exactly like us, but enough where
it is in some related, and let it evolve.
