I can't figure out how to submit news anymore

Well, the submission button has become so well hidden, that even following SO's instructions to go to the member center and look in the left-hand frame, I see nothing that remotely resembles a "Submit news" button, nor can I find one on ATSNN.

Is it now reporter-only news, or is it just that well hidden?

Aw, jeez... there it is... I was clicking on Member Center and looking in the left hand frame.
