Passengers on a Canadian plane had an unsettling in-flight experience after the pilot found himself locked out of the cockpit after a trip to the toilet.

Bet he was feeling a little flushed after that
the other question is how did they remove the door in mid flight? and if they managed it could potential terrorists?
