Microsoft has had to rerelease a patch after finding it introduced new bugs and vulnabilities :bnghd:

The original patch was issued to close a loophole in Internet Explorer that could be used to hijack a PC.

I can't see a reason beyond familiarality why people still use IE. I have tried going back to IE once or twice since I started using Firefox, and it's like reinstalling Windows 3.1
.

It is slower, more vulnerable, downright ugly and inconvenient, IMO.

Even Netscape Navigator was better than IE, but Firefox has by far been the best browser I have come across.

That is why I never use the automatic updates.

As for the IE/Firefox debate, I prefer IE.

Many of the Firefox fans say it is faster, but in all tests I have made it was slower than IE.

Also, Firefox as one thing I hate, if one image does not appear we cannot ask for the refresh of only that image, we can only see the image or reload all the page.

I also think that the way IE shows the bookmarks/favourites is the best.

But I mostly use Opera, I think its the best browser.
