Telepathy exercises

I personally belive its possible to learn it, like a child learning to write, you have to build it up...

1- When some-one else is driving, close your eyes and try and fortell the color of the cars passing.

2- Standerd carding, get some-one to hold up cards and try to tell what type it is (heart, Spade, clubs, diamond)

3- Try and tell how people are thinking before talking to them, then ask them how they feel.

4- Try and tell peoples names before meeting them.

please tell me if any of these seem to improve for you?
