Yea I remember this dog, Last year at my school there was papers going around with those 2 pictures with the title 'WORLDS UGLIEST DOG'. It kinda looks like this man I crossed on the street the other day

For instance, you said you thought it was a "rat thing", right?

A common rat is nowhere near the large size of the animal in the photograph, unless you've seen the ones from houston.

i think that guy Chris Angle (The Mindfreak) has a dog that looks like that. i remember on his show there was a creepy thing walking around and then sitting on his lap that looked exactly like that, but a little more pale. ill see if i can dig up the picture.

It's Sam, he was a Chinese Crested.

He won the contest many years in a row till he died a year or two ago.
