If there is no atmosphere on the moon, whether staged or real, why does the flag wavier in the wind?

Ummm, it's shaking as he's planting it?

I thought maybe it was a video of the flag waving with nobody near it.
Now that would be something!

The pole itself looked like an upside down L, with the flag (otherwise standard issue, it had a hem on the top so it could be slit on the crossbar). That explains the standing upright, as it would not do to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to get to the moon, only to have your flag hang limply now would it? The waving back and forth? well, the astronauts reported that they had trouble getting the flag in the ground. As they pushed it in, the force was transferred partially to the flag, causing it to wave back and forth. S'all.
