Sleep Problems...

Hey Guys,
Its happened to me before but not so intense as last night, we had major storms here and all I remember is waking up (?) and seeing someone sttod in my door way and walking towards me, this happened over and over and over again until mid-day.

I couldn't move i tried to lift my head but felt like it was being pressed down by someone I really felt paralised. Any help?
