will this lead to calls for impeachment if the democrats take the house and senate this year which i dont see happening.

im sure this arguement will come down to ones deffinition of what a terrorist is, and how much one trust their goverment.

i dont know crap about law, im just asking what you all think. to all you neocons bushies... im not a bush hater, but i will admit i dont like him as much as i like chocolate.

I think what you really mean is why has he not been arrested on charges of high treason, and war crimes. I can't believe the american people did not storm the white house and put him under arrest when all this starting comming out. It's pretty clear to me who's side he is on, and it's not America. That dam piece of paper means something to alot of Americans.

Of course he has!

Notice how every comment regarding this matter coming from the White House
uses the term " Legally or "Legal" or "Within the Law" repeatedly.

This president has over stepped his authority using " Emergency War Powers "
granted as a result of 9/11 to undermine the separation of powers.

They went around congressional approval for the domestic wiretapping program
and he has just plain lied his way through his entire administration.

The federal judges decision yesterday, will be appealed all the way to the Supreme Court
where we will see the real danger of having sympathetic judges in high places.
