Significance of Latin in demonology

I've never heard of the 'hammer of sorceress' so I'm 99.9% sure they are different.

Might that book you menchened have anything to do with Hammer of Sorceress? Just want to make sure it is not the same thing.

Thanks a bunch for the information!!
As you can tell I dont know anything about the Latin language. If I rember right the book The Hammer of Sorcereres was supose to be the first book about the pagen methads and rituals ect...
So that might be why it was used to help the ruleing bodies find the Whiches when that period of history came.
To bad its not in print any more.
