in the truck I like to listen to Tragically Hip "Up to Here", great album! I like to sing along with Gordon, sometimes think that I can mimic his vocals, but, usually end up increasing the volume to drown out my terrible attempt

i like them, never heard anything like that. Midnight has a current 93 feel, maybe with a touch of DeadCanDance.
VNV has there own sound, very nice. The Image in the second reminds me of "All is full of love", and this video;
