Automotive Forum Petition Thread

yeah..you can count my vote in...i wouldnt mind discussing cars or car issues or conspiracy car stuff

I vote YES, I don't know much about anything automotive, but I wouldn't mind changing that... And where better to learn?!

Why would we need a dedicated forum? I never see any threads about automobiles on BTS.

Anyway I believe Chit-Chat is the best place for this type of discussion.

I vote yes for automotive forum. I think the reason we dont see a lot of automotive threads is because there isnt an automotive forum. Speaking of cars i was hauled home in a cop car today....

I vote yes. Cars are cool but alien spacecraft are cooler. But since we dont know a whole lot about alien spacecraft, this will have to do.

I have to say I don't visit BTS too regulary, providing a car forum would definitely draw my attention to the 'other side'.

So if I keep posting over and over eventually we'll get the forum right?

Yes, I believe so, but still this will take a while 1,000 posts is 50 pages. So get busy people…

That's cool. I don't even care about cars, but I'll do it for those that are.

I'm good with that, being that i am an ase certified tech among other things.

Hmmm.....an Automotive Forum eh? Automotives is not something that interest me that much. Though I do have some interest. It does seem to intrest a lot of people though. I think it would be a good idea. So you've got my vote for this.

It's good to see that there continues to be interest in this subject. Springer has agreed to reduce the number of votes to 500 for the forum to be considered and that helps some.

The most important thing that interested members could do is to talk about the forum. I put up a thread here. How about putting a link to the petition thread in your signature.

I am really into cars, my faves being the whole 2006 BMW series.

I think this will be a good addition to the site in general.
