Family sees UFO and is chased by it

Cool huh? I'm not sure that any existing aircraft can manuever like and fly as fast as that. I showed this to a guy and he thought it was an Apache, and I told him it wasnt and still I dont think he believes me.

Looks a bit like a HID halogen search lamp that would be mounted on or beneath a helicopter - by the bluish tint to it. Also, as the object flies over the car you can clearly hear an engine of some sort, like a jet or something, which would lead me to believe that it could be the turbine of an Apache or a Cobra helicopter. Good find though. Truly "unidentified" but that doesn't necessarily mean "Alien".

I'm still neither believing its an alien craft nor a human craft of some sort. But I dont think a helicopter can speed up so fast and disapear but a jet maybe will be able to do that but I'm not sure they can slow down to those speeds. Hey, maybe it is a jet but the first time they saw it during that film you did not hear any sound from it, but it does fly right behind it and then you hear sound. I like the way the light moves as it speeds up and splits out of there. The family couldnt of lied, they dont look like the kind of people who would know how to create such an effect. And also the little girl who cries sounds very realistic to me. If you read below it would say that the family thought it was an aircraft but then it came and approached them.

Notice the loud burst of sound as it took off. What the hell is it? the sound quality on my computer isnt too good right now, but it sounded like a fighter jet afterburners on my comp.

...to learn about the Apache's and Cobra's flight capabilities. Two extremely fast and maneuverable battle platforms. The more I watch the video, the more convinced I become that we are looking at the HID search lamp from a chopper.

It was in Australia, do they have those types of choppers? Apaches and Cobras are American but I dont recall them selling those to Australia. I would think the English would sell more of their military machines to them than the US.

There are U.S. bases in Australia. And some very secret ones.

Was this video filmed anywhere near Pine Gap or any other secret facilities?

The family knew the area pretty well. I'm sorry I forgot to mention about the USA bases in Australia but I am aware of them and the supposely "secret" one that can be found in the archives of ATS.

The people at this website are taking most people for fools. Not me, I am not bying into this crap. Oh, and don't ask me for proof of it being fake either. I don't have it, but once you see the videos you just know they are fake.

Call out the well know image and video masters here and most likely will find that these videos are indeed fake. The Australian UFO wave people are jerkin' your chain.

I dont see why a little girl would cry if they made it up, how could they get her to do that? I'm not sure if its an helicopter because they would of seen the back of it when it passed right in front of them if the light was in the front of the helicopter. They would of known if it was a helicopter or not wouldnt they?

Maybe or maybe not. It could have been a newer type of helicopter which would have looked strange to them.

As far as making the girl cry, of course they could make her do that if they really wanted.

Since there isn't enough information with this video, Im gonna have to go with helicopter, especially given the noise.

i agree with cabanman. i think most of those austrailian videos like like special effects. does anyone know anything about the owners of the site?

the little girls first scream did scare the crap out of me though! i'll give the video props for entertainment value though.

I do not know who the owners are, its registered in the name of a ISP in Australia, but all the videos are stored at www.archive.org

I vote jet helicopter also. As for the validity of the site, I think the operators just post what they get and allow the viewer to be the judge.

You guys are going to think I am super crazy, but I vote advertisement special effects.

There is something odd about how the jet blast sounds is loud but doesn't drown out the particpant's audio at all.

Anyways, the light finally comes on camera at the very end when it changes shape into a kind of "dove" and then takes off in the direction the dove would go.

Gut instinct tells me this is a commercial production. But I could be wrong.

However the vid doesn't tell me much. You can almost hear the rotors (if it was a chopper) over the car/road noise but not certain really.

If it is a helo or jet it and has broken a few air traffic rules and should be investigated purely from that angle Whats it going to take - one of these fly boys to run a family off the road all for a bit of a joke.
