Having a conversation with your sub-conscience

for the longest time i have been trying to talk with my sub-conscience, trying to unlock memories, and little by little i have succeeded. I do this thrugh lucid dreaming, somethign wich I have been addicted to for a long time.

Anyone Else ever had a conversation with their sub-conscience?

I was very pleased to see you mention Silva Mind Control method. I learned about these tecchniques in the '70s and have used them in my daily life since. I highly recommend that you check them out.
