Civilian vs. Hezbollah

There is little doubt Hezbollah is fighting a guerilla war with Israel (proxy or not…this is beside the point). That said as a caveat etc…How exactly can Hezbollah, Lebanon or Israel produce a “body count” representing numbers of “Hezbollah members killed” vs. that of civilians?... and vice a versa for that matter.

It is widely known Hezbollah (and supporters) wear no recognized “uniform”, can not operationally be distinguished from civilians, originate from many countries, like it or not...hides among civilians in the region…etc…etc…etc…

Why is this not figured into possible “civilian” body counts?
