France may allow 'first strikes' on rogue states in policy shift

France is preparing to change its policy on nuclear weapons to include a threat to unleash first strikes against "rogue states", a newspaper reported yesterday.

No solid info on wether or not they will though. Still scary however.

This from the article:

'Now, faced with a potential enemy that is quite irrational, we are going to have to reverse that concept."

what the frock does this mean?

It means that France perceives an irrational potential enemy!

Frankly I think the passage refers to the US and the NWO.

While France and old Europe is the OWO.

So when the US made the same pronouncement who did they mean??

The US meant anyone they don't like or who is getting in there way.

Bill Clinton, thru Presidential Order, put the USA in a position to 'accept the first strike' nuclear or otherwise.

So, when it was the Cold War, we were allmost 100 % sure that a nuclear war was allmost impossible, but since the end of the Cold War, we are going straight to a possible nuclear war ?

Do we have to go back to the Cold War ? May be that I'll sleep more well then.

Well, as funny and hilarious and the number of practical jokes that can be made on France and this subject.....seems this is a bit of a "change"......seems that they have adopted the US stance of "pre-emptive" strikes.
