So check figures on Palestinian police raids upon Israeli homes. Guaranteed you will find figures of 0 for both cases.

I respect Galloway for speaking his mind, but I do not ever think he could become a leader. He simply doesn't have the right stuff. His delivery, lack of finesse, and poor professionalism is what goes against him.

That being said, and ofcourse it's what turns many people off him, we shouldn't overlook the fact that he is making some really good points. Anyone with an unbiased and critical mind can verify them, too. People need to listen to him, and being an MP gives him speaking power.. but I wouldn't endorse his party.

You know alot of people said that about John Smith, Previous Labour party leader before Tony Blair, (Galloway reminds me alot of him), is why I respect this guy for his outspoken stance on the issues of the middle east.

Oh I agree with you 100% he does make some valid points, but he is like one of those guys on a taniod going about the streets shouting over a mic, I respect the guy, but I would shove ear plugs in just to stop hearing him shouting , And No I would not consider endorsing his party either, but at least half of the time he knows what he is on about. He liked Sadamn simply because he was leader of the socialist party in Iraq, despite lauding it up in gold palaces whilst slaughtering and toutouring his own people.

That was incredible! George Galloway is truly a giant amonst men.

In ten minutes he managed to completly tear apart the lies that took the media years, even decades to fabricate. Anyone who hasn't been completely brainwashed or trying to push the mainstream agenda (on us at the forums:@@ could see that he wasn't your typical intervewee.

He was passionate in his beliefs. he wasn't reading from a script like the rest of them. he wasn't trying to sell us his ideas. He was speaking truth to power! Go on George! Of course, I happen to agree with him, but even if I didn't I would respect him as a politician for being forthright in expressing his views. That's what politicians SHOULD be.

As the for the interviewer, she was showing bias.... not so much in the questions themselves, which should challenge the views of the interviewee, but in her delivery. She really was fighting him, trying to shout him down. It's not like he was trying to avoid the questions. Very unprofessional on her part. "Intellectual prostitution" isn't such a bad description. (that is, someone who prostitutes their intellect, NOT as another poster inferred, an intellectual who sells sex).

Of course anyone who's worked in the media (I spent some time at the Mirror group myself), soon learns what intellectual prostitution feels like. For many, it's your career or your integrity.. and with the mortgage payment due... it's an easy choice. Me.. I no longer work in the media.

Galloway is a complete windbag whose sole purpose is to foist lies into the minds of the ignorant and the meek. Israel gave the Gaza strip to the Palistinians in the interest of peace. Yet, despite that, the PA view this as a weekness as it was their (Hamas) continued attacks on Israel that "forced" the Isralis to give Gaza to them. Therefore, Hamas continued to attack rather than take advantage of this effort toward peace.

Under resolution 1559, Hezbollah was required to disarm (because of their threat to Israel) and disband. Despite agreeing to this, the Lebanese Government failed to comply and the result is Hezbollah destoying the "status quo"; launching rockets into Israel, and crossing the border and kidnapping Israeli soldiers (all an act of war). Israel WAS NOT and HAS NOT BEEN in Lebanon since Res 1559 was agreed to.

Hezbollah is a puppet organization of Iran and the Iranian president has made it clear his desire for the destruction of Israel (same as Hamas and Hesbollah) as it is in their charter to destroy the state of Israel. And why?? Because of this (and other references from the Qur'an):

5:51. O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and Christians for friends. They are friends one to another. He among you who taketh them for friends is (one) of them. Lo! Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk.

Okay, seriously no matter what you think of Galloway, re-think what you just posted. Hezbollah is there for a reason mate. For a reason. Israel.

Israel gave Gaza? Why? Because it was becoming uncontrollable for them! Because Arafat screwed it up for the Palestinians with the backdoor agreements during the Madrid summit, which lead to the Oslo agreement.

I can quote loads of UN Resolutions and Geneva Convention Articles that Israel hasn't adhered to. Stop spewing useless facts.
