need internet help

I want to know if my computer next to my xbox 360 I want to know if my wireless network is fast enough. I get usually about 24 to 54mbps and my computer wireless adapter is a U.S. robotics 802.11g wireless network adapter. Help is most appreciated

Do you want to surf the net?
Do online gaming?
Do online gaming with xbox?
Do you have a high speed internet connect?

I want to do online gaming and my average downloading spead is about 180-200 kbs per second.
