I still think it has something to do with the R.A.F. in line with the previous question.

Hawker Tempest (being marked because it has a Mark engine) and Centaurus might be referring to the Bristol Centaurus factory, thus (made in Centaurus).

Tried absolutely erverything I could think of related to the R.A.F. and Hawker Tempest. Aaaag. This sure is difficult.

What´s the UFO/ET link with RAF apart from sightings...

lol...tried that as well. Seriously, this has me totally stuffed. Been working this since the clue first got released, but I still don't feel any closer. Going to cut my losses and go to sleep soon. Maybe a fresh set of eyes in the morning will help. Or better yet, a new clue because someone solves this one...

I'm trying to search the caracteristic of the centaurus constellation .
Maybe the "made in" means a specification to the centaurus.

Till now i have nothing....

On mine it does, i opened up Fire Fox and ran through the answers again and it came up with that.

That said, I looked at the book angle, and didn't find much (lots of astronomy books obviously). What fiction features something from Centaurus?

ok, I'm fairly sure it is some kind of reference to something being marked "made in centaurus"

it just seems to make sense that way. I was looking into spaceballs and galaxy quest but it seems they've changed the question to indicate it is from a book. I'm not a sci fi reader but the most obvious candidate is the hitchhiker series.
