Iraq heading for partition?

A former British diplomat has predicted a long messy time ahead for Iraq, with possible partition and a low-grade civil war on the cards. Here's the link.

It seems more pessimistic than Rumsfeld's views. But then Donny sounds deluded at the moment or is possibly on medication that makes Iraq look as if bunnies and bluebirds are gambolling around all over the place.
