Xbox 360 Media Center Problems

Ok so i don't have A media center PC so i downloaded MEdia centre not once but twice and installed it however it runs fine except for the whole media centre program which is what i need so i can get full features of my xbox 360. I was wondering if there is a program that emulates media center or something that would allow me to use the functions such as putting videos and such on my XBOX 360 or even so i can access the hardrive from my xbox 360 to my pc.
