I just thought this campaign spot for Bush against Gore was kinda ironic.
I wonder if people will remember this when the political spots start running next year. It's so easy to make people forget exactly how much the elected administration's tune changes once they get in office.

From the Republican National Committee

"Gore-gantuan"
30 sec. TV spot run in:
AR, CA, DE, FL, IA, KY, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NV, NH, NM, OH, OR, PA, TN, WA, WI, WV
starting Oct. 9, 2000.
Cold Harbor Films

Announcer: "Two point two trillion dollars. That's a lot of money. $8,000 for each American.
It's our government's projected surplus the next 10 years.

Al Gore plans to spend it all. And more.

Gore is proposing three times the new spending President Clinton proposed ... wiping out the entire surplus and creating a deficit again.

Al Gore's big government spending plan threatens America's prosperity."`

**So, where are we at now since we elected our financial wizard of a president?

Budget deficit predicted to hit trillions in 10 years
Wednesday, August 27, 2003

"Offering a bleak contrast to recent projections by the White House, which had said the budget deficit would hit $475 billion next year and decline significantly after that, the new, congressional report warns that annual deficits could rise rather than fall and total trillions of dollars 10years from now.The non-partisan office said the deficit would be $480 billion next year but could total $5.8 trillion by 2013."

It's all about the money. Politicians don't care about the people anymore.

the art of directing the populace has no place in the realm of all that is...

yet within the realm of all that is, is all that matters...

but this gives a revelation to one, it seems that people point a finger at someone else and then tell whole truths about their character, imposed on another, how interesting...
