Getting To "My Favorites".

I was wondering about how I get to "My Favorites". The only way I can get to them is if I go into a thread and click on "favorites" at the top of the thread. Which will take me to "My Favorites" but will also add the thread to "My Favorites". So I was wonder if there was any way to get to "My Favorites" without having to add another thread to it then having to delete is afterword.
