Apparently this administration's idea of checks and balances has Congress stacking the deck, Cheney as insurance against Bush's impeachment and Roberts sitting at the top of the court system.

What I mean is that in this case the "truth" is open to personal interpretation, meaning that each individual has his own view of what the "truth" is, hence relative. Kind of like that, "eye of the beholder" thing, I don’t think is should be but because some continue to insist, it is.

I wouldn't be so naive. Its ILLEGAL to spy on Americans. It's ILLEGAL to torture people. Holding citizens incommunicado and indefinitely is ILLEGAL. This so-called administration does NOT care what is illegal.
