Looks like the energizer dictator is finally running low on power.

Being a staunch conservative, i am glad to see him out of power, but i not going to hold my breath for change in cuba under his brother. There still communist, still repressive, and still unwelcome by the US.

Agreed. But I can't help but wonder if Castro may already be gone, or close to it. After all, this move in announcing he is stepping down from power is unusual, even if it is for a (supposed) few weeks.
