Abu Hassad, the owner of the building, was taped on Al-Jazeera and he said to "pull it".

We are investigating the situation, as it seems he may have rigged the 8 story mud hut with explosives over the course of several planned "power outages". Video taken on the scene shows that the mud hut came down very quickly and it looked like a professional demolition.
