Just saw this on Yahoo...


Iran's hardline forces should get ready to take revenge on Israel and the United States for the offensive on Lebanon, the head of the Revolutionary Guards was quoted as saying on Sunday.

"The Basij and Revolutionary Guards should prepare to get even with the Zionists and Americans," Yahya Rahim-Safavi was quoted as telling Islamic militiamen by the conservative Fars news agency.

I know there has been a lot of fear-mongering and talk about WWIII within the forum but I think this may be "the big one".

I am also aware Iran has an awfully big mouth, but if the Basij and Revolutionary Guard don't actually take action, I think this proclamation might be enough to inspire a few radicals abroad and within the United States to take matters into their own hands by attacking the U.S. homeland and U.S. assets in other countries: perhaps the spark that lights the fuse to international involvement?


I'm gonna go get some duct tape and non-perishable food. Maybe a gas-mask or two...
