Reducing the size of an Avatar ??

I've just got a U2U about my Avatar size.

Anyone know how to make my avatar smaller, its 92713 and i can only have 75000 is there ANYTHING i can do to reduce the size of the file and how do i do it?????

Any help would be great.....i want to keep my avatar!!!

I resized it with photoshop, and uploaded it.



Just download it, and upload it again to your upload folder.

.....i've been fumbling around with this in free animation software for hours and gotten absolutly no where. Even tried creating a new one from the movie its self.... but that did not go very well, i ended up with picture half the size but a bigger file size, leave the animation to disney huh
