The holographic thing is an appendix of that old 2025 projection.

It's a wish list of what the various people think might come true. This thing spawned a flurry of 1999 timeframe holographic funding, mostly what it amounted to was a lot of guys at Northrop and Lockheed getting new cars and having fun screwing around in the optics lab.
