This game ruined my life.....just kidding.
When i first clicked onto the thread, it must have been about page 10 and i was thinking 'I don't do internet games'.
I decided that i'd give it ago, thought maybe it could clear my brain for a couple of hours as i'd alot of stuff on my mind....how wrong was I.
I must admit that although i was participating at one point my attention was waning and i was ready to quit the game. On one particular question,
people were stumped, I was stumped, and more importantly, i was supposed to be doing work.
So, i decided to do what anyone who has work to do, should do....i turned on the radio.
Like a flash of light, something hit me. I decided to have one more try at the clue.
And OH MY LORDY-LOU - It worked. I'd solved the next part.
I swear it was almost orgasmic the feeling, and from that moment on I was beyond hooked.
I spent all my available(and alot of unavailable) time trying to help.
OK< i didn';t get to the end, but honestly, I wasn't interested in the prize.
I'd never been involved in something where so many people, with one goal in mind, worked so efficiently and friendly.
Yes there was time near the end where paranoia started to set in, and i also admit i was getting a little testy when others got the final answer.
Thats not because i wanted to win, but it was because i needed closure from that damned thing, i needed to know the answer so I could finally get a
proper goodnights sleep.
I was also extremely pleased that it was a Proper ATS member that won, not someone who joined the site because of the game.
To Sillinious(SP) - Well Done
To everyone who got an answer - Well Done
To everyone who gave ideas to help get the answers - Well Done
To the Mods who gave their time and such - Well Done
To everyone else who joined in for the fun - Well Done
To everyone who kept that thread friendly - Well Done
