I didn't realize that a helicopter with a gun was capable of so much carnage.

I'm sure most of you have already seen this, but for those of you who haven't, it reminds me of star wars.... poor Iraqis and Afghans... damn...

far out...i didn't know a mini gubn could do that sorta damage.... and also... what the hell was bouncing off after firing?

Terrific video.
I think those bouncing things were actually ricochets.
US have been using miniguns since Vietnam, Russians also have miniguns, but i don't know if they installed them on helis in Afghanistan.

similar kit has been added as extra firepower onto a number of UK warships too
replacing the pintle mounted GPMG's
