look at this:

Flights of SpaceShipOne are numbered, starting with flight 01 on May 20, 2003. One or two letters are appended to the number to indicate the type of mission. An appended C indicates that the flight was a captive carry, G indicates an unpowered glide, and P indicates a powered flight. If the actual flight differs in category from the intended flight, two letters are appended: the first indicating the intended mission and the second the mission actually performed.

i remember reading that back in the day in Popular Science, but i cant remember that much about it, besides the "rockets" these guys flew were very small, about 3 or 4 times the size of a ford focus....and very skinny

I think those comments are just there to mess with our heads. I've tried all sorts of X-Prize-related word combinations(including the two winners names) and haven't gotten anything.

Wouldnt it be something to do with the people that DON'T win the x prize?

its antiprize after all, whats the opposite of winning the x prize?

I think you're way off the mark thinking about complicated stuff. I bet the answers staring you in the face.

Or perhaps what someone doesn't do to win a prize....not doing X wins you the antiprize?

id think the opposite of winning would be death..cause u u go into space an dont make it back....your not gonna be alive. its hella easy to burn up in the atmosphere all depending on trajectory an speed. u cant just go nose down you have to be at a high angle
