Dunno if this has been mentioned or not, but I for one would like to see an edit button on the forum post. I opened a forum called "Challenge for non-believers of Christianity," didn't think to proof-read it. Then posted it, and boy have I been drug through the trenches. It makes no difference how many apologies I make. Some people just read the opening post, state their opinion and take-off! Could we look into this, Please?? This post truly has offended a lot of people. I would like to change the wording! Better yet, I would like to close it. It's become quite stale with the same old, same old. it's become very pointless. But I still think an edit button would be a good idea, so that these probs can get eliminated in the future.

I recently came across a previous suggestion courtesy of Dae for a new forum:

Cults, Mind Control and Memetics

Seeing as how this is my primary field of interest and my threads quickly get lost and overlooked in the other forums (and honestly, don't really seem apporopriate there) I would LOVE to see this suggestion implimented!

It was searching for these subjects that brought me to ATS to begin with, and I'd really enjoy seeing more people posting their thoughts, observations and information on these areas of interest.

Thanks for your time!

*salutes*

Ehm, dunno if this is how it was ment to be put but this is my suggestion:
Suggestion for new folder

Also it would be nice to have following function at the page:
a "back to top" button to avoid the infernal scrolling (that might just sound lazy but it's a small effort that gives more "user-friendliness".

Thank you.

I have listed a few things I consider useful:

1) I would like to see the anonymous posts categorized like the ATS homepage so I can find topics more easily.

2) A search engine to find replies posted by name.

3) A dictionary with the terminology and or acronyms used by some posters.
