It looks to me that she saw him coming, so she knew who it was.
So she wasn't raising her arms in ignorant surprise, she was repulsed by George.

You can see her smile afterwards when he walks by and she looks at him. So maybe it was just a joke kind of thing. They seem to be good with each other. People just make big deals out of nothing.

Yes it would be.

It's a "Trespass to Person" in United State's tort law, which is also existant in Russian Tort Law. Any physical touch of the body, which is not invited is a crime which can be sued for. Furthermore, Sexual assault is any undesired physical contact of a sexual nature perpetrated against another person. A massage is a sexual assault, which could be arrested for in Russian Law if she bothered to push for it.

Of course she won't. But if you or I did such a thing in an office, with how society is today it is likely we would be sued. We'd also have a large fee to pay out in the hundreds of thousands if not millions now a day.

It does not matter if she knew he was coming, or if she knew he would do it. Without consent, that's how the law works.

Geez, the original title "...sexually assaults from behind..." was awful, and the new title is better, but still... COME ON! It wasn't even a massage, it was what 1 or 2 seconds. Bush would have patted a male associate on the back, but he just pinched her shoulders light-heartedly because she was female. I cannot believe I responded, truly.
