You are again wrong. If this was the case Israel would not have entered all the hostile Lebanese villages in southern Lebanon with soldiers but would have bombed the villages to a pulp and then entered the village. The opposite is true. IDF first surrounds the village, obtains intelligence, uses air and artillery fire only upon identification of hostile forces and then enters the village with house to house searches. So I guess your perception of the IDF is wrong!

I find nothing to salute in this current war by either side. I have come to a grudging respect for the combat capabilities of Hezbollah; however, and for the dogged determination of the Israeli's to root them out of southern Lebannon. In the south though it is a different story.
