asala, you're right.
If you can get powdered mustard, all the better.
I can't remember the name of it, but there's this English mustard powder that comes in a little silver tin, you're supposed to add water to it to
make mustard, but you can just add it in straight to get that nice bite, without altering the consistency of the taters.
Oh, scallions are good too, so are shallots.
And leave the skins on or face my wrath!
