No "Settings" Button in ATS

In PTS and BTS, the buttons across the top read:
Home Settings Members Complain

But in ATS, the Settings button is missing.

Just FYI

Everything is in the Member Center now. The "settings" link at the top was going to the account settins section of the revamped member center... I left it up to get members used to going to the new location.

The complain/suggestion function is also now part of the member center, so after a while, I'll remove the complain link from the top too.

Its now in the memcenter
