Could an issue arise between the USA and the UN or even the arab nations of the middle that would create a new Cold War 2?

It seems as if basically there is already one with the terrorists around the world but could this grow larger?

Well, seeing as how we are already at war against terror I think you can throw that idea out. As far as against the U.N., maybe you could elaberate on that a bit more. What would a "cold war" against a group of representitives look like?

I have no idea, Iam still wondering what all has to go into a Cold war to make it so cold......
