I have been meditating the last month very often more than once a day at times.
I'm starting to have more understanding about accepting and understanding how negative things that effect me are helping me learn and become a better
person in terms of my soul. I have begun to take great appreciation for these painful times in life and I feel happy to be living through these hard
times as I know this information and experience will stay with my soul forever and that I will leave the earth with great
respect/love/understanding/knowledge because of it.
Now I have been concentrating hard on trying to see my aura and I have been able to see the energy feild around my body following colors.
I have also starting seeing darting lights in my house at certain times/outline of figures among other things. Once late at night I could feel and
sense through my energy fields something that was there all around me. Then I saw a face looking at me from behind a door frame in my kitchen. Then
I could hear footsteps and bangs and one of my lights burnt out also an object fell on the ground. I walked outside to hear movment on the roof and
on the ground all around me. I could feel/tell I was being watched and tested to see my reaction.
The energy feeling all around me was of great great stillness at times my head felt like numb from the silence(i live in a city and there was nothing
moving or around)
all I could hear was the movement and bangs all around plus the vapour/outlines of beings but nothing eles.
The face looked alien it was light brown/beige with large eyes and pointed v chin.
it looked like the eyes were slanted.
Interesting stuff, just be carefull..you have to custom yourself and have a way to protect you, not lal the stuff you are starting to see are good
will, some entities are nos a benevolent has you may think, so shield yourself f you want to see this stuff...
