What's on this island?

The search function isn't working for me today, so I can't tell if this has been posted before Please move this if it's in the wrong forum.

Me and my daughter were looking around on Google Earth and saw this island. It is called Coetivy Island, it is just south of Seychelles. It is a VERY small island and there is nothing on it except theses things, in the pic.
I figure it has something to do with barges, or supplies, but I don't know and would like to know what these are.

Well, it wasn't obvious to me, or I wouldn't have asked the question. I don't know everything.
