This thread has some interesting views on this topic. I especially like the image of our known universe looks like a bateria or the like...

perhaps the word "infinity" should mean "scales too large to ever recognize".

Well, the Reference noted it was My arm, and I am quite Right of Right.

Btw Hitler and the Nazis's were right wing, did they have happy thoughts?

I had no clue, Facists where Right Wing. Got a Link in ATS with this theme going on? I'd like to see this.

Have a Good Evening ANOK

Well this is off topic but of course the fascist were right wing. This is in fact the first I've ever heard, after just doing a search, that ppl think they were actually left wing...LOL

America really is confused over what is historically left and right, I wonder why?
Ask anyone from Europe if Hitler was a lefty...LOL
Why do you think the far right groups, like the National Front, use Nazi symbols and such?

But this might explain why I sometimes don't understand a lot of this left wing hate in the US, if that's what you all really think. The right has really pulled the wool over your eyes.
I can also see now the 'National Socialism' confusion. National socialism is right wing, not to be confused with left wing socialism. Big difference.

i honestly have heard the exact same theory as this thread from a stoned hippy priest

this really just sounds like something someone on acid would say

NOW, i'm not saying that it's invalid or just f'ed up, because it is a genuine theory, but i'm just pointing out an unusually coincidence

an unusully coincidence??
which is what??

so NOW, im a stoned hippy priest on acid because i decided to post a theory in which i said i did not nessecerly belive in, ??

if you said it was a genuine theory, then why say it sounds like something someone on acid would say?

you must have been around a lot of stoned hippy priests on acid in your time!!

This is something I think about daily, and I'm quite convinced that our solar sytem, galaxy, and even universe are merely specs of matter making up a much larger reality. I don't think that we are cells of a larger organism, but merely matter far tinier than any quarks which are currently known to us, suspended in the inner space of an atom (maybe a galaxy, maybe a universe is an atom?) which is suspended in the inner space of a piece of wood, or a piece of metal, or maybe even another biological entity. Either way, check out this website because when I read it it blew my mind. It's like it put all my thoughts into words I could have never formulated on a page.

Your suggestion has been around for …Oh, how many decades? We used to contemplate a grain of salt or sand and imagine…what if.

Thankfully, the answer is not subject to popular vote or influenced by the musings of the uninformed.

Not to worry. There is no evidence whatever that the universe is in some body or other. There appears to evidence that the membrane in which our universe might exist could be drawn toward another brane containing another universe but almost at contact each would repel the other like two magnets forced together positive to positive. Who can know whether there would be contact at the surfaces but I bet it would be worse that matter vs antimatter, a meeting you would want to avoid in the interest of personal safety.

On us being a bunch of cells...well that about sums it up. All the evidence is that life, as we know it, is just a cosmic accident but I must say that I am surely happy that it happened.

Like I say…Not to worry! Be Hoppy!

Well, not provable of course... but patterns in nature suggest that everything is layered. Divine Proportion proves that patterns of existence on a smaller scale is similair to larger scale existence. The basic form of life is similair to human nature. It's the smaller forms of life which makeup the higher lifeforms. Atoms, orbiting protons, and electrons....duality of man...opposite energies which lead us to cause evil deeds, and good deeds. It's all a microcosm. But yes..I happy.

I have entertained the same thoughts. I have taken it a little bit further.

Suppose that the galaxy is like a cell and the solar system is like an atom in that cell. Perhaps our solar system is interacting with some of our closest star neighbors to form a constellation. Just like a group of atoms dancing around each other forming a molecule.

That makes me wonder if the constellations could be loosely based on groups of stars anciently observed to be small systems.

I would love to intertwine horoscope symbols...and if our algorithimic thinking patterns that make up our personality are based on our atoms that form constellations similair to the constellations we see in the sky. Perhaps the trillions of atoms that make individual human beings form these constellations on a smaller scale.

This has most likely been covered by.. we cannot be just a bunch of cells in a huge body, because this huge body is made up of cells..

Everything is more or less a focus point.

In this quote, the nagual is the unknown, the unknowable... and the onslaughts were things that Don Genaro did to Carlos that were unexplainable, like climbing a waterfall cliff face, horizontally... and other feats that are 'impossible' to confuse his reason

"Again in this instance, you behaved just like in the case of the power plants. You needed more than was necessary. A few of the nagual's onslaughts should be enough to dismantle one's view. But even to this day, after all the nagual's barrages, your view seems invulnerable. Oddly enough, that's your best feature.

"All in all then, Genaro's job has been to lead you into the nagual. But here we have a strange question. What was being led into the nagual?"

He urged me with a movement of his eyes to answer the question. "My reason?" I asked.

"No, reason is meaningless there," he replied. "Reason craps out in an instant when it is out of its safe narrow bounds."

"Then it was my tonal" I said.

"No, the tonal and the nagual are the two inherent parts of ourselves," he said dryly. "They cannot be led into each other."

"My perception?" I asked.

"You've got it," he yelled as if I were a child giving the right answer. "We're coming now to the sorcerers' explanation. I've warned you already that it won't explain anything and yet..." He paused and looked at me with shiny eyes. "This is another of the sorcerers' tricks," he said.
"What do you mean? What's the trick?" I asked with a touch of alarm.

"The sorcerers' explanation, of course," he replied. "You'll see that for yourself. But let's continue with it. Sorcerers say that we are 'inside a bubble'. It is a bubble into which we are placed at the moment of our birth. At first the bubble is open, but then it begins to close until it has sealed us in. That bubble is our perception. We live inside that bubble all of our lives. And what we witness on its round walls is our own reflection."

He lowered his head and looked at me askance. He giggled.

"You're goofing," he said. "You're supposed to raise a point here."

I laughed. Somehow his warnings about the sorcerers' explanation- plus the realization of the awesome range of his awareness- had finally begun to take their toll on me.

"What was the point I was supposed to raise?" I asked.

"If what we witness on the walls is our own reflection, then the thing that's being reflected must be the real thing," he said, smiling.

"That's a good point," I said in a joking tone.

My reason could easily follow that argument.

"The thing reflected is our view of the world," he said. "That view is first a description, which is given to us from the moment of our birth until all our attention is caught by it and the description becomes a view.
"The teacher's task is to rearrange the view, to prepare the luminous being for the time when the benefactor opens the bubble from the outside."

He went into another studied pause and made another remark about my lack of attention judged by my incapacity to make an appropriate comment or question.

"What should've been my question?" I asked.

"Why should the bubble be opened?" he replied. He laughed loudly and patted my back when I said, "That's a good question."

The reason I posted this text, is to show.. how we all live in our own little world.. and what we think is projected back at us..

We aren't even our cells.. that is also a viewpoint.. .. You see the depth do our being is unknowable.. we are simply observation.. and we choose exactly what we are... because you become your observation, our main observation here is ourselves.. so it is always first and foremost..

If you read the link I left.. You will see at the end how the nagual is possible when we leave our reason and knowing behind.. Carlos was able to 'jump' down into a ravine and back up, effortlessly.. one would say without moving.. all by using his 'fibers'
and I would like to point out.. that EVERYTIME things of this nature occurred, he and many others who have witnessed such feats, were SOBER.

Quantum biology is going to be the next medicine. I teach my pre-med students at college this.

Then there was Chemistry
Next is Quantum....... It's Bio-Logical, Dr. Thomas Rau, MD
