Two F16 fighters just buzzed my house!

Not sure if this is big news to anyone else but that was freakin' cool. Honestly I had never seen fighters flying that fast and so low especially over a heavily populated area. The noise was deafening. I couldn't hear what I could describe as a sonic boom but damn it was loud.

Probably something for the 4th of July celebrations, especially if you're near a military base. But seeing fighter jets fly over isn't anything big here in the Springs. we get stuff from the Air Force Academy, Peterson AFB, and Shreiver AFB flying over all the time, since they are all right here.

I live in a area where theres 7 major airforce bases, jets flying around all the time and just down the road more we the Groom Lake facility!

Just on a side note...

F-16s Flying Around Universities

That's from over two years ago, but thought it might be worth pointing out. Aside from that, those instances didn't happen on a major, national holiday.

I get to see them almost every day...

NW Ohio, my office is near a Air National Gard Base, they fly right over at the same time almost every day.
