I've been playing my Matrix Reloaded dvd and i keep replaying the part where the Nebuchadnezzar enters Zion and lands.In the first Matrix Morpheous mentions that its a hover-craft/ship.The thing thats got me stumped is what the actual powerplant is.Anybody got a clue?

Given the films premis - probably some technobabble - trans phase warp array linked to the jeffries tubes - with no conducted dilithium crystal frequency modulation.

I think it was supposed to be powered by electro-magnetics. Like superconductive material. I could be wrong too.

actually i think the power was provided by Neo and trinitys water bed - some kind of pump system
