The recent spate of power blackouts had me thinking that the reason there have been so many, the largest in the states, within such a short time. When did we last hear of somthing similar?
Could it have somthing to do with the solar activity or does anyone think it could have been the testing of a new "wepon" (no idea which country) like some kind of computer virus or an "interference beam" to see how strong/weak particular systems are?
You've got to admit if you could shut down the main power source of an enemy you would have a decisive advantage in the electronic side of the warfare.
