The Artemis Project is affiliated with the Moon Society. They are doing the compete thing with NASA. Their objective is to put a continuously manned base on the Moon by 2007. Of course at the rate they are giong it will take another 100 years...(pardon, I am being snarky) This project of ours is Project Pegasus, resurrected in a different form in the private sector for diffetent reasons and staffed with different people. It is in name only that the vision is carried on.

BTW my wife makes my royal robes and we have our own loom.

We just don't know. He was severly harrassed, and I knew him through that. There is not even the slightest hint of a lab where once stood a state-of-the-art facility stuffed to the hilt with millions of dollars wirth of equipment calibrated to NB of S. Not even the locals recall it. He even had a load bank capable of carrying the entire output of Trojan for several seconds. Faraday cages, everything. Even a clean room to handle the isotopes.

My grievences are with yours. Seems this is Hell and the good ones are taken. Thank the devil (I don't think there is one but that is just me) I am not that good. I have been contemplating your theme park idea. It has merit, both for cover, a place to keep the kids, and an alternate source of revenue. It would be close to civilization too, which is great for transporting materials. Any extra power generation could be sold back to the power companies. I once worked at Knotts Berry Farm, and it was a blast! I worked the cash office, so we had access to secret tunnels and underground elevators. We turned at least a million a day! Hotties everywhere and kick ass rides. Best job I ever had In a theme park when the brass shows up they can do so in their civies!

Every year there is a UFO fest at McMinnville featuring McMenamins as the main contributor. They don't have a theme park....

I was hoping no one would know except the Magyar. Starting out with Europe's first light calvary, then moving on to greater vistas like 700 years of oppression (Turks to Soviets) has chiseled a beautiful strength out of raw human nature. I would rather be backed by Hungarian brain trust and survival skills than anyone else's.

Yes well the problem wasn't getting the permits, it was rellying on the word of public officials that told us what we had to do. We jumped through all the hoops. Had everything set, then at the last minute they ruled against us because of no onsite parking... despite the fact we had arranged lots ACROSS THE STREET with shuttle buses AND the LVPD had signed off that it was no problem..

It came down to two commisioners who had a personal problem with no being able to find parking at a similar function in the area...

We had an appeal date they set it for the 17th of June... opening was the 1st of June
We could have fought it in court and sued... but then future efforts would meet even more road blocks...

We learned... Don't do ANYTHING in Clark County




Now Henderson... well thats a different matter Thats where the rocket fuel plant blew up and ummm a great source of titanium is located

Now we will be handling radioisotopes...

Well that will have to be at a remote location... gonna be VERY hard having those under a theme park and get permits...

Maybe. Is it remote? Or you could do it here? The theme park idea has location restrictions, does it not? Are there a lot of tourists at Henderson? Too many questions.
